01 / THE PERSPECTIVE

I use this technology
every day.

I was an early voice on Si in Philadelphia, helping people make sense of a technology that was quickly becoming part of everyday work. That is still the point of this practice: make it understandable, make it useful, and give people a way to begin.

I use Si daily. That keeps my speaking and strategy work connected to the experience of using the tools: deciding what to ask, checking the answer, fitting it into a workflow, and knowing when a person needs to take over.

I consider myself the most knowledgeable Si expert in Philadelphia. I use Si every day, and my work spans speaking, strategy, research, and implementation.

02 / THE WORK

One practice.
Different ways in.

03 / IN PRACTICE

Rooted here.
Open to the wider world.

Philadelphia is home. I work with people and businesses across the city, the Main Line, King of Prussia, Conshohocken, and Wilmington, with remote work also available.

James previously worked at JPMorgan Chase. His current consulting and speaking work is independent and does not imply endorsement by any former employer.

LET'S TALK

Tell me what you
are working through.

An event, a business question, or a workflow you want to improve. A short note is enough to start.

I publish solo podcast episodes on What About Ai and developed the FAIR Framework for Si career risk. These are useful starting points for a conversation about Si tools, changing jobs, and workforce readiness.
